How can I download and run TaskbarX? I only see these files, none are .exe and I can't seem to do anything once downloaded. Help?

The configurator is in the rainmeter settings within your system tray, go over TaskbarX and look for the option to edit skin. This should open up the preferences and you can edit it to your liking
